Who may apply

Application information

To receive input or assistance, please complete the Grant Feedback Request Form.

Each application is reviewed by the PTEF Grants Committee, which may seek additional information from the applicant, school administrators, or curriculum coordinators. Applicants must submit proof of approval from their building principal or department chair. If the grant includes a technology component, approval from the district IT department is also required. A screenshot of the approval email is sufficient for both.

Applications recommended for funding are forwarded to the PTEF Board of Directors for final approval. Please ensure your application includes a detailed budget and that "view only" access is enabled for all users. Applications submitted without a budget will not be considered.

Grant evaluation takes approximately 30 to 90 days depending on the number of applications, time of year, and complexity of the proposals.
